Reserve your room before the housing cut-off date of Monday, March 30, 2026. It is possible that the block of rooms (or specific room types) set aside for the ASA will fill before this cut-off date; you are strongly encouraged to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Please note that rooms outside of the meeting dates are based on the hotel’s availability.
The Group Rate for ASA attendees starts at $289. Room rates are subject to any applicable taxes, service fees, and/or hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the meeting.
Reserve Housing
The importance of reserving a hotel room at the Hyatt Regency Seattle within the ASA group block cannot be stressed enough. The ASA makes every effort to keep registration and hotel rooms as low as possible, negotiating the best hotel rates and making the best use of your registration dollars to keep the Annual Meeting affordable for all. By reserving a room within the ASA group block, you help the ASA avoid exposure to penalties for not fulfilling its room block commitments, and thus you support the ASA not only in 2026, but also in future meetings.
Room Cancellation Policy:
Room reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Room reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without any penalty. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s deposit of room rate, plus applicable taxes.
