PLEASE NOTE: Due to ambiguity in the abstracting and coding by registrars that may have over-estimated axillary node dissection rates (prompted by the discussion at the ASA meeting), the authors voluntarily withdrew their paper from consideration of publication in the Annals of Surgery. The authors are taking steps to correct the data base, which should be in place by January 2012.
